We had a great stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the diverse and well-presented breakfast buffet with everything we could want. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was also clean and well-kept. the hotel was centrally located and we had easy access to shops and restaurants.

the location was central with easy access to shops and restaurants. the breakfast buffet was diverse and well presented. Our room was clean with a spacious bathroom. the internet connection was good and free.

The reception was only manned until lunch time, which resulted in an impersonal feel to the hotel.

It was great to spend Christmas day far from the crowdedness. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby. The temperature in the room was cozy. The staff were nice and friendly. It was also convenient that the laundry service was inexpensive.

The room had some drawbacks which made the stay less enjoyable. The creaking bed was annoying and the soundproofing was bad. We could hear every single word the next door neighbours were saying. It was disappointing that there was no kettle or tea/coffee service in the room. It would have been nice to have a little snack while resting in the room. the hotel was comfortable, but it didn't match my expectations.

El hotel está en una zona comercial, cerca de cafeterías y restaurantes. Lo mejor fue el desayuno buffet, muy variado y delicioso. La habitación era espaciosa y el baño estaba bien equipado. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia.
